i wish i could have made it to one of these protests... i was so excited for the future of our country when Obama made his early campaign promise of initiating "universal health care," which sounded a lot like single payer to me.

it has been extremely discouraging to hear him give up on this promise without a bit of criticism in the media.

at any rate I would like to thank everybody involved in these protests, especially those who set them up and allowed themselves to be arrested for what they know is right.
