Well summer is over.  And this week the state of The Union is gonna be a love fest.  This was a great summer for The Union.  It was so awesome to go to so many new clubs and be made to feel so welcome.  Thanks Carney's, we will be back to do a few fall dates at Cape May's BEST bar.  Thank you The Princeton, where else can you bring in 20,000 watts of power and not get told to turn down.  Plus partying all night with 1000 of your friends is cool too.  Atlantic City we hardly knew ya.  But what we saw we loved.  Thanks Trump and the Taj Mahal.  Plus a bigg shout out to our hometown bars that welcomed The Union in the off season.  We love you Whiskey Tango, 15 North, Lagoon, Brownies 38th St., Pennant, Bubba's, Kildare's Manayunk, and Jokers.  We can't wait to keep the party going now that everyone is home from the beach.  To our friends down the shore see you in philly, or at the beach in 2007.

You may have noticed that I didn;t thank Shenanigan's yet.  Well we were there on Friday, and I thought they desreved there own space.  Shenanigan's treated The Union like family this summer.  Seven amazing shows and THE BEST STAFF DOWN THE SHORE.  Thank you terry and your amazing staff.  Thanks mark, jamey, phil, pete, chris, dan, jay, and the rest of the shenanigans crew.  We love you and can't wait until next summer.  Friday we played the official "Hurricane Ernesto" party at Shenanigans.  Those who fought through the elements know what a great ime it was.  Thank you to kate, anita, nick, jenn, melissa, amanda, bob dan, and the rest of the wet people who wouldn;t let a little coastal flooding prevent them from partying.

Saturday we traveled to the northeast.  At the corner of Bustleton and Philmont is the best rock club in Philly.  This place is the Whiskey Tango.  We had the honor of having sub g open for us this night.  Lemme say these guys rock.  Check them out at subg.net.  It was also great to come home and have so many friends out.  Thanks to erika, vanessa, jackie, jamey, kevin, doug, sherry, jason, lisa, rachel, tina, fran, joan, jack, holly, brian, cherie, scott, and so many others.  I also want to throw some love at the tango.   Jon Jon and Beaver run the best club in philly.  They have the best sound man.  Ronnie you rock.  They have the best light show.  Stacy amazing as always.  They have the coolest bartenders and bouncers.  We can't wait to return on oct. 6 to rock the Tango again.

On to the week ahead!!!!

Friday it is off to Long Island.  We will be at The Inn.  This place is unbelievable.  Last set starts at 220 am.  So you know it is gonna be one hell of a night.

Saturday, we are back home in the northeast.  Saturday we bring the rock to Jokers, jokersbarandgrille.com.  Not only do you get a full night of THe Union, but you can get drunk cheap on $2 Miller lites.
