Wow! I watched the Grammy's last night and was blown away. It was so nice to see live performances from stars that could deliver, and sound good! ya know? Congrats to the Dixie Chicks for nearly sweeping the awards.... and my personal fav. Carrie Underwood for best new artist of the year! I knew as soon as I bought that album that she was going to win something for it. And she did!

If you didn't make it out to Cabo's on Saturday night you missed a good show (and cake)! We had a fun room, lots of people, and some great dancers! It was my roommate's 23rd birthday celebration, and we had a few tables full of people that really enjoyed seeing the band for the first time. Thank you, as always, to Cabo's for being such a nice group of people to work with, and thanks to the familiar faces in the audience that regularly see us there. You do not go unrecognized. ?

It's a busy, busy week for my Ma and I. Tomorrow night we will be hosting the 2nd "Songwriters Night" at Cabo's. Thursday we will be arrested at my apartment, taken to jail, and HOPEFULLY we'll have enough bail to NOT SPEND THE NIGHT!
