We just got back from our Northwest tour and had a great time!  6 shows in 4 days in a 2-door Toyota pickup truck and we not only survived, but had a great time!  Thanks to all the folks who came to the shows and/or bought t-shirts and CDs.  Thanks to the folks who let us sleep on their floors/couches/futons.  Thanks to all the other bands we played with, like Pickwick (the prettiest band in rock), John Courage, and Hoquiam/Damien Jurado. We also experienced a lot of "kindness-of-strangers", like the girl at the Seattle show who gave us a $100 gift card to Shell gas ( thankyou!!!! ), and the family eating outside a Greek restaurant in Portland who chatted w/ us as we loaded into the venue next door and then bought our record!  Stuff like that made the trip super fun.
