Hello to all taking the time to read this, it means alot to us. Due to a number of circumstances, the Silver Medal and our beloved guitarist, Critic, have parted ways. Sometimes the things we want MUST take a back seat to the things we need. There is absolutely no bad blood between us and this certainly does not spell the end for The Silver Medal as a band. We respect and love Critic enough to allow him and support him in finding his true path in this crazy and unpredictable world. With that said, we are currently looking for another guitarist to make our band whole again. If you have a serious interest in being that person, contact us and we will discuss requirements and schedual an audition. If you know someone who may feel like they can fit the bill, please make them aware of our situation. It is now time to move foward and not stop and we would be absolutely nowhere without the people who have listened to us, came to shows, danced, bought shirts or even plain came up and talked to us. though this is a difficult thing to type, we hope we can find a resolve soon.

be ready for new material in the next few months. we have always put our music first and nothing has changed. We all look foward to playing for you guys really soon. Tomorrow is a new day for us all.
