BIOGRAPHY:

Little Boy is a rock'n'roll Band, from Lille (FR), created during the summer 2007 around an original project called Stoner-Pop. Mainly influenced by bands like Queens of the Stone Age and Masters of Reality, the band plays a raw and clear-cut rock. Using, on its own way, few ingredients of Stoner Rock, the band experiments with heavy, powerful and repetitive music. Based on saturated guitars and a strong rhythmic part, full of cuts, Little Boy is closed to this music coming from the Californian desert.

But Stoner is only a starting point. Little Boy is distinguished with an exhilarating sound. Inspired by Pink Floyd, they irrigate their music with psychedelic atmosheres and aerial arrangements through the use of a lapsteel guitar and other forms of slide guitar. The rough and smouth guitars grain is colored by guitar effects such as tremolo and delay. An incredible sweetness release compositions of the rockband, thanks to warm voices and reassuring melodies. Modeled on Pop-Music, the group prefers simple and efficient structures, and incorporates many choirs.

After working for over a year and a half in that direction, Little Boy has built a solid setlist of about fifteen songs and recorded his first Maxi "Never Say Die" with J-Wolf (OUT) in a studio (Terminal Zone). The band has since returned to the stage and enjoyed a great success in Lille and its region Nord-Pas-de-Calais. The way seems open for Little Boy and his Stoner-Pop. Sure is gonna grow up and soon become a big and famous band...
