When I first read this I thought it was abandoning. Then I read it again and it is rather motivational. Telling someone I am not everything, anything and the only thing. Get out there and do, dont do it for, with or about me. Do it for yourself, experience it on your own. Almost reminded me of growing duckling in a way. He starts off following around the others and the mama duck. Doing like her, eating like her and swimming like her. Then one day theres a time and mama duck leaves and now the duckling has to do on its own. I dont know if that made sense or not but thats what came to me when I read this! 
 

you are absolutely right! sometimes whenever I got upset and mad, I think whatever you do, I'm not concerned with you. It's good for me and my health. :) so! great poem! definitely!
