After 20 years with Sabaothic Cherubim, Shane has decided to pursue a career path outside the music industry. Shane had joined the band as an original member in 1989 when Andrew first started Sabaothic Cherubim. Even though Shane will not be an active member of the band, he will continue to be a close friend offering insight and advise. His experience with the Death Metal/Black Metal/Grindcore generes will prove valuable going forward.

Shane will be replaced with Death Metal guitarist Raymond Kratochvil. Raymond brings a new level of creativity to the table with him, along with years of experience in the Death Metal/Black Metal/Grindcore industry. He will be featured in Sabaothic Cherubim’s future video "The Passing". The video is scheduled to begin filming in April 2008, and due to be released Summer 2008.

Sabaothic Cherubim will also be adding bassist Alex Paul to it’s lineup for the next album. Alex is a very gifted bass player, as well as guitarist and pianist. He will also be featured in the video for "The Passing".
