Yes, it's true-- we're closing down after this Sunday.
Why?
That's a story for later. Just trust us that it was VERY unexpected and
TOTALLY beyond our control--our business has been doing GREAT!
The important thing is--we may not be going out WHEN we choose, but we're going to go out HOW we choose--ON OUR OWN TERMS, ON TOP AND IN STYLE!
So this weekend join us for ONE LAST BASH!
Say farewell to the Valley's ONLY independent movie theatre, run BY movie geeks, FOR movie geeks!
Friday & Saturday we will have our regular $2 movies all dayFINAL ADULTS ONLY ROCKY HORROR SEATING AT 11PM THIS FRIDAY! ($7)
REGULAR ROCKY ON SATURDAY NIGHT SEATING AT 11PM! ($7)THE ROOM SCREENING 9PM FRIDAY & SATURDAY ($8)
THEN OUR BIG FINAL FAREWELL BASH STARTS AT NOON ON SUNDAY!
We
will have live bands, comedians, magicians, musicians, vendors,
performances artist, free mystery movies, and more! If you are a vendor

THEN AT 5PM WE WILL HAVE OUR FAREWELL-FOR-NOW PERFORMANCES OF REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA (5pm) AND THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW (7pm)
We will also feature screenings of THE ROOM and LOBSTERMAN FROM MARS
Appearances are expected from Page the Village Idiot, the Strange Family Circus, the Midnite Movie Mamacita, and more!

make our last blast a success & help us close this place as
debt-free as possible--PLEASE SHOW UP TO SUPPORT US! And spread the

Lobby events are free
ROCKY & REPO are $7 each or both for $12. We expect both of these to be sold-out, standing-room-only performances!
As for the future, losing this place is a BIG blow--it's one of the
last bastions of subculture in the Valley! BUT--we're looking for new
places to take ROCKY, REPO AND OUR OTHER SHOWS. I PROMISE YOU THIS IS
NOT THE END! WE'VE BEEN KNOCKED DOWN TIME AND TIME AGAIN IN THE PAST
AND WE ALWAYS RISE AGAIN FROM THE ASHES BIGGER AND BETTER THAN BEFORE.
