Just though I'd share some recent developments in the world of Medications:

First: simply put, Andrew and the band have parted ways. Devin and I will continue writing and recording new material but Medications will exist in a drummer-less state for the time being.

Andrew has a new label called What Delicate Recordings with two records scheduled to be released this fall. Check them out.

Devin has been busy recording bands at Silver Sonya Studios, playing guitar in Josh LaRue's band The Hold Up, and playing drums with Mary Timony and Beauty Pill.

I've been touring with Mary T. in support of her new record "The Shapes We Make" and playing on the occasional drum set with Beauty Pill--which leads me to our second announcement:

In anticipation of a Faraquet singles compilation to be released by Dischord (release date TBA), the re-formed band (sans Jeff) will be playing shows in Brazil this September as well a show (or two) in the States (with Jeff) this fall. Check the Dischord site as well as the Faraquet Myspace site for updates.
