I left the blue shirt behind The one she wore loosely above her belly
Could we just go? Could we leave without saying a word?
There are no exits No mind games We say No to the goodbyes The both of us have changed our names
Trains pass and we go are own way Sometimes there's to many words to say
So let's paint the sky And die? I'll die to see you again Oh, what an effect you have on me The night is high with me Over the power lines and out of city
I leap from fire escape to fire escape
On the run with the sun Back to where I came from Back to my innocence Where I once stood alone For the rest of my life
I end my self-defense You are gone out of my sense I believe in are new love of silence Against your idea of selfishness You'll eat your shellfish While I'll be making my wish With my clean face and clean hands
Lies are deeper than face lines To save my sole from going blind I must close my eyes
I left the blue shirt behind
