Great Video! I believe in what you say! So, glad you addressed this topic.

 I believe you can control BP as long as you have the supplements, without them, I have not found a way to control it, maybe someone else has but I have not been able to yet. I am open to that possibility, however, I have not seen anyone without taking Truehope, Omega's etc able to get their brain bio chemistry working correctly. I am open to it all happening.

I am just not sure that just thinking I can put it in check! Time will tell!
