It's that time folks.  Time to plan and work out next year as well as give
you an opportunity to come and out and meet Christina (the originator of
BCRF), meet 'the project itself' and possibly meet some of the members of
BCRF's cast, Command Team and/or present volunteers.
Who are we doing this for?
Possible Attendees, Actors, Vendors, Command Team members.
Why are we doing this?
A few reasons:

Just because you may want to meet us.

Some folks have watched us from afar not knowing if we are 'their cup of
tea' yet so here's your chance to decide.  Even if you haven't understood
yet what and who we are, this is the chance to come by and talk about what
we have in store for you, your friends and/or your family.

We are growing faster then we had thought we would and would like to keep
going. We are now receiving opportunities and options we did not think would
surface at this time in our growth so we'd like to grow the support system
to match and exceed where we are.
To do this we'd like to introduce those of you who know/familiar with/have
skills in, live production, direction, finances, music, history,
transportation, education, promotions, animals, property, border issues, video editing, computer knowledge, etc
and so on, to the project and where we need to go.  We'd like to see if you
are interested in coming on board and growing with us.

We have also discovered that formal auditioning doesn't work for us.  Many
of our projects and opportunities require us to not only do a little
traveling but be in the same space for a number of days.  We have found that
a less formal 'coffee opportunity' works better in finding our talent.  This
will give you a chance to come out and sit down with us and find out what
BCRF is attempting to accomplish for its performers (stage shows as well as
cast and villagers) and what performers can do for projects like this and
what we can do for you.

With the final goal being not only a permanent site (theme park) but also a
place where people can have summer jobs and unique performance
opportunities, our approach is professional and our intentions are for
mutual benefits.  Where the cast can do public gigs together at other events
and functions.  Where tourism can thrive and vendors can bring their
'history influenced product' to the public.

We are taking a little more casual approach to it this time.  Last time we
did this (2006) we used an office and set times for groups.  This time....
We want coffee and food access and we are sure you do too.  So... We are
making ourselves available during certain hours and at various locations so
you can find us. Even if you just have one nagging question, come to the
closest and most convenient option and we'll chat.  We'll be waiting for you
so don't disappoint and do pass this on.
