So I dont really do the blog thing...however, i have the urge to tell you about the fantastic success of my album photo shoot for my third album, "This is the Story."

So way back when, i met two amazing people who made the night possible: 

     Bryan Pfaff, a friend i met through Bikini Usa, agreed to take the photos. He drove from Maryland out of pure goodness and generosity to help me out with my vision and his work is always phenomenal.

     Allison Houck, a friend i've known since i use to work at a local diner as a waitress, offered to vintage-style my hair, once again out of pure goodness and generosity. Allison's visions and creative vibe blew me away. I felt like I was living in that era. 

The album photoshoot took place at my Grams house/my house (yes, we're roomates). The idea was vintage/pin-up with a modern twist you could say. The house I live in was built in 1912 and had a lot of very cool/vintage settings to really play off of. My sister Renee was a huge help by offering a lot of olden ideas and lending me some rad props and great outfits to go along with the theme. 

Once we got started, and put our brains together the result was even better than I had anticipated. After twelve hours, seven different setting changes and a lot of memory cards, I am absolutely amazed. I can't wait for the album to be released so I can share the excitement with all of you :)
