Communication is the Key!

Communication is a process that allows organisms to exchange information by several methods. Communication requires that all parties understand a common language that is exchanged with each other. Exchange requires feedback.
An organization such as ours relies on several things to be successful. One of these things that the Jaycees rely on is communication. In order for this organization to be successful WE must communicate. Wether you prefer a phone call, email, newsletter, sunshine article or a postcard, the people of this organization NEED to know what YOU think. Your members need to know what you're doing, what to expect, and how they can help. Your region needs to know what you're doing, how you're doing it, and how many people you need to do it. Your state Executive Board needs to know what your chapter needs to grow, retain members, and recruit members. We also need to know what WE can do to make your chapter the best it can be. YOUR Florida Executive Board for 2008, under the leadership of President Chrystal Ramsay is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to Map Your Future.
You can be assured that YOUR state Executive Board is dedicated to COMMUNICATING with each and every chapter; we are here for YOU the member, the local president, the local VP, the Regional Director, the District Director and any othe Jaycee that needs us. We are a team with our sights on success. We will communicate with you, PLEASE communicate with us.
