True Age Media has just released a new documentary on DVD titled "Grindstone Redux." Produced by Andrew Szava-Kovats the documentary focuses on the North American electronic and experimental music scene of the 1980's. Szava-Kovat's is best known as the genius behind the Data-Bank-A, Dominion, and Parade of Sinners electronic music releases from the same era. In addition Kovat's served as keyboard player for the 1987 Mark Lane "Male Nymph" concert performances in Holland and Germany. Currently working as a producer he has ventured into the realm of film maker to produce a vital underground documentary of considerable ilk. His music label has also released the "Grindstone Redux" soundtrack on CD. Mark Lane's "3rd Party" and "Graveyard II" appear in the film and on the soundtrack. Also included are some rare concert clips, interviews, and never before seen photos of Mr. Lane.
