This is fascinating! Tim Buckley did a song by the same name on an album called "Starsailor" on Straight records around 1968 or 1969.  Tim was married to Mary Guibert, who is my mother's cousin's daughter...their son, Jeff Buckley, who I never knew, was close to a mutual cousin I grew up close to. Tim's song is nothing like the song Milkmaid has done. It is haunting. A very spiritual piece, no insult to Milkmaid's song intended, just an observation. Milkmaid's song is about having fun. It's good.
