Current mood:  excited
As many of you know, I (Snoopy) also play drums for the awesome rock-tastic band, Lick Lick. We are leaving for a tour to Japan in a few days and I am of course quite excited at the prospect of spreading some good ol' texas rock to the far east. Apparently, each club requires a cd with music to play as you set up, and music to play as the band's introductory theme as we walk onstage. Lick Lick has chosen (completely devoid of my input) to utilize The Jazzus Lizard as our set-up music, which I am thrilled about! We are going to use a Big Boys song as our entrance music, thus representing Texas to the best of our abilities. We are playing in Tokyo, Yokohama, Kobe, and several other cities I cannot spell or pronounce. The awesome Japanese guitar rock band The Emeralds are playing several shows with us, as well as Tsu Shi Ma Me Rae, and Akio (drummer for the Emeralds) is going to travel with us and make sure we don't get into any bar fights over misunderstandings (I'd hate to have to whip out my awesome kung fu)... We have saturday night off in Tokyo after our radio interview, and the Emeralds promised to "show us a good time", which I can only imagine will involve copious amounts of alcohol and who knows what other wonders await us!! We are going to visit Kyoto as well and check out the Imperial Palace and hopefully see some Sumo wrestling. I will be bringing some Jazzus Lizard cd's and stickers to plant the seeds of our presence in the land of the rising sun and hopefully not get arrested for putting stickers on the subway. Remember that american kid who got caned a few years ago for spray painting the subway over there? Yeah, I remember that too. Wish us luck!!

Snoopy, greetings from India. Hope you guys rock the hell out of Japan. The only problem will be the lack of cold Lonestar...
