God's never turned away from me, but I've turned away from Him.
But the Holy Spirit leads me back, and I put away my sin.
Sometimes the road is rocky, the path a narrow way.
But things will turn around, I know, when I take the time to pray.
At times it seems I'm all alone, walking through this life, but I then remember His promises, and I know I'll be alright.
He said He'd never leave us, and this I know is true. Try to remember this yourself, whenever you feel blue.

Well written, You are right about one thing " the path a narrow way" , the Bible says that there are two paths that you can walk. One is a wide path and the other is a narrow path. The wide path is easier to walk because of temptations. Now the narrow is the hardest path because the road is " Rocky" and we walk to not stumble along the way., Good Poem, I enjoyed this one!
