Greetings,

We at the displaceD camp wanted to take this opportunity to address a few events.

First and foremost, we wanted to welcome two new members to the family. Neil Rodriguez. You may remember him from bands such as Motherbirth, A Mourning Vision and Wings of Eden. He is without a doubt the drummer we have always been looking for and adds a power to the music that you can feel the moment he hits the first cymbal. He is also a veteran of the music scene and we are excited to have him on board. Second, we have Erik Johannasen. You may know him from The Rev. He brings an energy and desire to not only tour but to sacrifice that finally matches the rest of the band. The puzzle is now complete and this is DISPLACED. As we move forward, the constant changes and lack of foundation are no more. The future is more exciting than the past and now the real work begins. National touring, writing, touring and more touring. The NEXT album will define the band on a national level and eclipse anything we have done before under the constraints. Prepare yourselves.

On another note we want to bid farewell to our old friends Ryan and Jimmy. They are on a path that is no longer in congress with DisplaceD and have chosen to part ways. We wish them well in their separate pursuit of musical/personal endeavours. The road and touring lifestyle isn't for everyone and we respect and encourage their decision. We, on behalf of our record label, management, and booking wish them well.

These events have in no way slowed the progress of the band (in fact, we are moving faster) and now that we are finally unified we can continue doing what we love... making music for the fans, bringing you an incendiary live show and hopefully helping to unify the Buffalo music scene. We thank each and every one of our fans for the continued support and without you, we wouldn't be doing this.
