Who Gives Kudos:

Wednesday, January 21, 2009

Hello blog/world,

We went to the studio yesterday to record some songs we had floating around:

Megaphone Bowtie,
Glove Box,
I'm As Mad As Hell.

Lots of mad sounding noise really! It was a lot of fun!

We have yet to fully decide what we are doing with these. 3 EPs in one year is a bit of a Green Lights overload don't you think!

In other news we have won a slot at the JD set. It's in Cork and we have a number of guest list passes. If anyone wants one just drop us a message.

We have a gig lined up with the Funeral Suits the night after (very excited!) and then Castlebar after that.

Oh, Jim Carroll played us on his radio show. A big stamp of Jim Carroll approval is always nice.

How odd to be placed amongst such trendy artists!

Franz Ferdinand "Can't Stop Feeling" (Domino)

Baddies "Open One Eye" (YoYo Acapulco)

The Soft Pack "Nightlife" (1928)

Kid British "She Will Leave" (Mercury)
