WE PLAYED AT at the east brunswick club the other day with pivot and qua. it went ok.

jonh o’donnell, the mixer with the most-ess, recorded our set. we heard it last night and it sounds sweet: better, in fact, than i remember sounding on stage. the wurlitzer seems to float through space like an enchanted carpet, and journeys to the centre of the earth are not only planned but executed with some measure of aplomb. we’ll stick a couple of tracks up on myspace soon. also:

WE STAYED UP late last night being a backing band for melody henderson. we played a nicely blunted bed for her song ’someone from a dream’, all snares-off snares, druggy keys and just-woke-up bass. it should turn out well. from now on you may call us SNAKE INCORPORATED: snake-rock solutions since, oh, about 2003 or something. we are like a one-stop-shop for all your snaky rock needs.
