Ello!

.. ..

Sometimes a song gets right under your skin and flows through you….feels a bit like what I imagine taking angel dust might feel like! Hehe

Arcade Fire’s Intervention came on the ipod the other day and took my head off, I forgot how amazing that song really is.

.. ..

The recent show with Natalie Imbruglia was a good night. Watching all the girls scream “What a big mistake” back at the stage was enough to strike fear into the most hardened of men. Hehe An anthem for scorned women everywhere!

I really enjoyed the gig and the bonus of using her in ear monitoring gave the show a new dynamic, and one which I could get used to. It was nice playing to a different local crowd as well and it seemed to go down well.

.. ..

Sunday 16th New Theatre Royal show with the Visitors was a cracker and great for me as well as I thrive in venues like that. The room does half the work for you and can really add to the atmosphere of one man and his guitar. Joined onstage by Loz for one, we cracked out Personal Legend with me on the Banjo and 2 new songs were aired

“Everybody gets it wrong”

“Only for me”

The Visitors are a great live band and rose to the occasion band and everyone on the bill played well.

.. ..

I was recently on Shep Wooleys Sunday folk show, and also on amazing tunes for radio interviews
