Hey Al.  I caught your last show on the 15th and I heard some very valuable information about real estate. I would like to hear more on that topic sometime soon.  I am specifically interested in "flipping" houses or just buying them and making minor adjustments to turn around and sell them. 

Thanks for providing a valuable service.

BTW I am not a soldier, but the information was still relavent to a guy like me.
