Sir, with your overall diet regime, I believe you can afford a Pop Tart.    Darn!  I've got to lay off the chocolate cake.

wow those are really light weights you lifting there, *for me anyway, you must have a very good diet plan to keep such impressive muscle gains with such small clean and press lifts thats awesome, i thought u would be lifting twice that amount to look so impressive, how do you do it man?

At the time I had rarely done the oly lifts and everytime I'd go over 185lbs it looked too slow and more of a reverse curl. So keeping it light and trying to be as explosive still. Oly lifts I like to do more for fun and to learn... I tend to follow more or less a bodybuilding type program for the most part.

are you saying that you set your clock to wake you up at 3 am, drink that shake then go back to sleep?
