Powers:
No one knows the exact power of The Who, nor does he know as well. The Who has shown a vast array of powers, sush as

fight
indestructability
energy blast from hands
teleportation
imortality
strength  (maybe just as strong as Slayer or more)
telekinis
able to manifest things
light generation and manipulation
energy generation and manipulation
pyrokenisis
fire manipulation
Time Travel
shape shifting
and sometimes no power at all

his power manifest itself though his mind, and The Who was voted the most ignorant being in the universe, for instance someone can try to drown The Who in water and he'll start drowning then remembers that he has a Video game tournament with Slayer and then stops drowning and over powers his opponents enough to leave to play. At one point The Who fells over the side of a cliff and hits the ground. He then gets called back to head quarters, so he gets up and flies away. Another example is when he gets a hold of old Van Halen tickets from the early 80's (the current date is 2007) thinking that the tickets are still valid, he teleports to the place where the concert is held not knowing he traveled back in time and when he leaves the concert to meet up with Slayer he unknowingly travel to the present.

The Who carries a sword that is indestructable and can slice through metal like a knife through butter (another sword like his is owned by Slayer)

Personality:
Loyal...and you can already imagine the rest.

History:
The Who says that he woke up on a moon not knowning anything about himself and has traveled the universe since. He meets up with Q trying to get her to go on a date with him 4 years before the ambush on planet CQ-8954 not knowing she was on a mission. He helps her complete the mission and she recruites him in TBHS.

Because of his time travel ability, it is not know when The Who woke up on that moon. The Who manifested his costume with his two favorite comic book charctors Spider man and Deadpool.
