Current mood:  happy
Today was a good day.  Jeff and I signed the lease to our new place today.  It's a 2 bedroom house with a backyard across from U.C Davis hospital.  I know a lot of people think it's in the ghetto but the area really isn't bad.  Well, once we finished signing the paperwork for the house we decided to go check out the dogs at the animal shelter.  Anyone who really knows me knows how bad I want a dog and now that we have a backyard I can actually have one!  We went to the shelter just to go look and see what they had avalible.  Guess what? We got a puppy!!! We adopted a balck male pitbull pointer mix today and get to pick him up Thursday after he's been neutered.  I'm so happy today was a good day.

I live in the ghetto too....I've made friends with the ghetto folk, although I do get robbed from time to time.  Its cool you guys have your own place.

Wow a puppy.  A new home for the puppy!  Does the puppy get along with cats?  Or was that kitty in the old place not yours?  I miss you!  I'm so happy for you guys CONGRATS!
