Who else but . . . . Bansky? If you have not heard of this mogul of street art than you've probably been hiding under a rock - under another rock somewhere for the past few months. Bansky is at the front of 'our' generation standing up for what we believe in. What do we believe in - reality? The reality of what is going on around us and Bansky depicts it and describes it with an image. No crap, just brilliant honesty; exposing the hypocrisy of the world we live in.

Why is he Si-Mi's artists of the month? He creates an awe of realization and sustains vivid morality through his imagery. You don't have to look closely to notice what Bansky is trying to tell us.

He doesn't seek to re-create beauty, as the majority of 'us' are already surrounded by it. Instead, he illuminates the ugliness that we create and places it in our backyards so we can no longer ignore it.
