Ben Stiller to Produce The Big Year with Steve Carell and Jack Black?by Kevin Crossman
The news doesn't get any bigger here in Fratville than another Ben Stiller project that happily pairs a couple of Fratters. According to Deadline Hollywood Daily, Stiller's Red Hour Productions is moving from Dreamworks to Fox. Among the projects mentioned is a Paramount production that Fox is considering acquiring is:
The Big Year, with Marley & Me's David Frankel directing and Stiller producing. It stars Steve Carell and Jack Black.
Of course, this is really really early word. The same article mentions the failed Used Guys project so this should obviously be taken with a grain of salt. But, looks like Steve and Jack may have had more to talk about in Washington D.C. than the inauguration, eh?
