I honestly do not know why I am writing this blog, but after being to some internet sites over the years, you would think that nothing would shock me, and yet, I am shocked over and over again by some of the things I have seen on-line. I won't write about them all here.

One thing as of late, I do not understand is this. Why do people when they are on online dating sites and or casual sex sites, have to put totally raunchy pictures of themselves; along with a lot of indiscreet information? I am so baffled by this. I have to say, it's usually the women who do this, (heck most men can stay anonymous by posting a picture of their willies if they so desire). But here you have young girls just doing the most absurd and lewd things on camera to get attention. (Hey, look at me, I have no self respect!)

Do they not stop to think that somewhere down the line their dad might come across these profiles and pictures, or an uncle, a school teacher etc..etc…you'd think they would be pretty embarrassed if people they knew and loved came across these things about them. I wonder. Do you think they would be embarrassed or do they have no shame? Maybe they don't care who sees them this way. Hmmmmm have I become a total prude in my age? 

I don't know, but if I had a daughter flaunting every inch of her skin over the internet or doing even worse things—I think I would FLIP out at the complete lack of disregard for herself, her esteem and her over all well being.
