The reason Im taking so long with my new material is simple, I want it to have an impact....Im not concerned about how many units I move(yes, I do want to move units, hehe), Im not concerned about the status I will achieve, or the recognition I will recieve, I want the music to touch people...With that said I desire success just as much as the most ambitious person, but thats not the outcomes Im searching for, its a goal, but its not my end all..This lp is pure introspection, I don't have anything to hide, actually its the opposite, I want to expose everything that shapes my character, good and bad.....WhY? well, hopefully someone will find my passion, pain, frustration, desire, insecurity, etc relevant to their own lives.......Mind power is the ability to turn a thought into an action, well, hopefully my music doesnt just bump in ya stereo, hopefully it moves you as well......Below the Heavens was a testament to how much a single individual's life can be like a microcosm for the world we all live in...Im sure in one way or another, each of us related to something Blu said on Below the Heavens...Hopefully Church of the Tainted can have a similiar effect...Church of The Tainted Saint isn't a testimony of my greatness, I have no desire to resurrect the coast, become a celebrity(in the sense of being an attention whore), buy 50 cars, or wear shiny platinum chains.......I want this lp to represent the human condition and how fragile it really is.....We are all tainted, no one is truly real or hard, pure or dirty, we're like a mixture of everything that is......

Im reading a book called "religions of the world" which made me realize, no matter how different, how distant, or how close we are to each other, we are all searching for the highest truth.....Hiphop is our emotion expressed through spoken word and melody, hopefully ya'll will truly "feel me" on this lp.....Please excuse the typos, I've never been much a speller, as you can see.....
