The show at the HIFI bar went off with a bang (aided largely by my glitter cannon). We oversold our presale tickets and played our very first show at one of Melbourne's most coveted live venues, THE HIFI BAR to over 500 people! We're still full throttle here, booking like crazy for the remainder of 2009 and early 2010 and have some VERY special shows ready to announce once they are 100% finalised. Alot of merch packs are going out to our interstate fans so if you've ordered one, they'll be on their way early next week!

My results at school have been really good so far, despite how busy we've been with THE SCARLETS. My mum saw me sign for the first time ever last week & she loved it haha! Tomorrow I'm going on my first holiday so far and I've needed it- I'm starting to dream in sign! There's a lobe in the human brain that lies dormant until one begins communicating in a visual language, so suffice it to say my brain has been doing alot of growing lately and is desperately in need of a rest.

My sister form another mister, Mel (Miserys Malice) is ready to pop with her beautiful first son Edmond. I've been trying to spend as much time with her as possible lately due to how much pain she's been in, it's been a very rough brew so far and here's hoping he's out sooner rather than later. She's due to drop the day we'll ALL be seeing Marylin Manson (supported by Hatchet Dawn- congrats Howsie!) so fingers crossed he's out of there before then! She had her baby shower over the weekend and I can safely say I've never seen such a thing! Goths give the best baby gifts, it was a sea of fluffly black and purple at Casa del Malice :)
