Okay folks, here's the thing.
The Cocktail Shakers as you have known them are no more. This happens sometimes when priorities change and it's happened to us. Gary and Andy will be doing othere things. Kevin, on the other hand will endeavor to keep the band alive and well. The Cocktail Shakers will resurface again. It takes time to put things back together, but that is what's gonna happen. This band has always been about having fun with the music and bringing rockabilly to those of you who want to have fun too. For those of you who came to the shows, Thanks! Thanks for supporting us and supporting the rockabilly scene here in Pittsburgh and beyond.
So, that's that I guess until further notice. There will be surprises I guarantee you! There are already a bunch of new tunes. Now it's completing the new line-up and getting this band back on the road.
Judjing by the number of shows I have had to turn away from, interest in the band has not waned. And so I ask for your patience and promise you an exciting band with good music and good times ahead.
