Current mood: excited
It's been a crazy year for Cracker & Cochise. The sheer excitement and mayhem that greeted their debut single, "Taco Lady", last spring was overwhelming to the duo, who tried frantically to keep up with all the attention that was given them by the press, fans, etc. The world of R&B was starved for something real and original, and it got it in the form of these two Oklahoma City boys who love the slow jams almost as much as they love the ladies.
Finally, at the beginning of January, the two hunkered down in Dr. Pants' Medical Funk Facility studios in OKC and started working on the follow up single. They took their inspiration from a love affair that Cochise had back in the fall of '07, and crafted another masterpiece, "Scooter Girl". The song really shows off their colorful personalities, which they hope to bring to a stage in OKC some time soon.
"Scooter Girl" is available here on MySpace for free download.
