Since 1990, Black & White have been performing swing-blues and roots rock & roll for audiences throughout the New England area and beyond. The trio's latest CD release, marking their 16th year in the music business, also serves as opportunity to pay homage to the sound that has carried them throughout. Thus, the band presents the first in a series of EPs which will embody and illustrate their musical heritage:
So Much For The Classics - Vol. 1
The lineup for the disc consists of founding members Kevin Martin (bass) and Don DiMuccio (drums), along with a constituent of Black & Whites frontman roster Jason James (vocals, guitar). With their rendition of classics by Eddie Cochran, Conway Twitty, The Drifters, and a surf instrumental thrown in for good measure, Black & White mark yet another milestone on their non-stop journey.
