I have had this discussion with many of my colleagues, you know, about "WINNING." While cheerleading has become an elite sport from the basic to the highest level, I often find myself in a discussion about the purpose of cheerleading. While it does build confidence, character, good values, physical strength, good memorization skills, etc... is the end result only about winning? If you do not "win" as an individual or a "team", how do you deal with "loss"? What if you have a great team and a great coach but you just didn't reach that peak, how do you deal with defeat? (Coaches and Cheerleaders)--Share your constructive thoughts....thanks.
