With a little help from my wife I have successfully put up four songs...
I guess some explanation is needed for the new batch of tunes... here ya go...
So quite a few years back now Ben Wagner and i formed a little band called the Shambles and recorded a CD for fun in my spare bedroom... it was a good time and the CD was pretty cool. Then Ben moved back to Laguna Beach, CA...
Fast Forward to Feb. 2006. I flew (or did I drive?) down to Laguna Beach to start recording the new Shambles CD in Ben's living room. It was coming together but we needed some originals... so we both started writing songs and I flew back down to start recording them... The four songs I posted are the fruits of my loins... I mean labor. Ben and I put down the basic tracks together. He then recorded some more and sent me a CD which I took to Bell Boy studios in Richmond, CA and then I recorded some more on top of that. And we had alot of help from Ben's brother Doug on drums, and Mike Metz and Dan Stanton on bass. So there you go...
The songs aren't officially mixed yet but it'll give ya an idea of what's to come... hopefully this year!!
