Damn it. I've been living in a new place for just three months and I LOVED it... sadly, the home owner has decided to renovate the property and attempt to sell it.

I have 30 days to find a new place to live.

I've already made an appointment to look at an efficiency in case I decide to get my own place, but I would love to find a place that is affordable that I can split with my current roommate Kym. We get along very well.

Anyway, does anyone know of any properties North of the river that are available?

Forgot to write a new blog post... I actually already found a great place :-) 3/1 for 1k a month with an artists studio in the back yard. I'm super excited :-)
