Hello All and Happy New Year!
First of all I wanted to say thanks to all of you that came out last year and supported me by attending the workshops and performances I was involved with. It means so much to me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
I'm looking forward to the projects of 2009, so here is an up date with things I will be involved in.
I have a new side project with guitarist Colin Allured called DAMARU. We are going to be on tour for the month of February. We will be recording on days off and hope to have a full length CD out sometime soon. For now, we do have a 2 song sampler CD that will be available at all of our events.

This August DAMARU will be at the Valley Crusis yoga retreat which takes
place in the mountains of North Carolina.
It will be our third year at this amazing retreat hosted by Seaside Yoga in N.C. For more details: www.seasideyoga.com
As for Ghandharva, we hope to get back to work this year on the follow up to
our first CD. John Ginty is Co-Producing and we have many special guest musicians on this one. We would like to do some live shows this year if possible.
I played on the new Neal Casal CD "Roots and Wings" that has just been released. Neal is a brilliant artist. Some of you may know him as the lead guitarist for Ryan Adams and the Cardinals, but he has an impressive solo career. Neal also helped out and played guitar on the new Ghandharva CD.www.myspace.com/nealcasal
This year I have the honor of drumming for famed choreographer Mark Morris at Centenary College and I'll also be drumming for dance performances at County College of Morris. Both schools are located in N.J. Much thanks to my friend JoAnn Jones for making all that happen.
I'll be adding workshops and performances through out the year so please check in now and then.
That's it for now.
Hope to see you soon...
Till then, Om Bama!
C.W.
