The band was Evermore, the location Auckland, and hundreds of you guys got to see them for free! People queued up from 4.30pm to ensure their place in the crowd, flanked by local TV and media, and all there to capture the moment and be part of history.

Following on from their tour supporting Snow Patrol, Evermore were clearly revelling in the opportunity to play in such a unique and intimate setting – and all their fans responded in kind. Highlights included soaring versions of crowd favourites 'Light Surrounding You' and 'It's Too Late', and then there was Peter manically spinning and rocking his keyboard back and forth.
The set also featured Dann letting loose on some of the most energetic fast paced drumming we'd ever seen! Overall, if there's a better band out there on the live circuit, they're certainly keeping a low profile!

After their breathtaking set Evermore came back for an epic encore leaving nobody in doubt of their ability to create and build some of the most glorious melodies and uplifting lyrics of our generation. To top it all off, they stayed after the gig talking to fans, signing those EXCLUSIVE free limited edition posters and hanging out for photos. The three Hume brothers that make up Evermore are genuinely talented musicians who treat their fans with the utmost respect.
