So this last song ("when you sleep") has been bouncing around in my head for three weeks, and I finally was able to do battle with it. When I wrote it, it was one of those brainbursts where its all there laid in front of you, and its your job to bring it to its fullest realization. No, its not done. I just worked it a bit, and liked where it was sitting, so I felt like sharing. When I left it where it is now, I just sat there drained for about an hour. I hear things that need to be there, and I hear things that are there that will go away. Its all a part of my process.


Although I'm not altogether happy with some of the situations I find myself in, I'm very happy in myself, and I'm proud of what I've been able to accomplish.
