Who Gives Kudos:

Wednesday, April 02, 2008
In a recent poll the world’s opinion of the US has actually improved.

Probably for two reasons, We have a serious black candidate for the presidency
and the dollar is so crappy that Europeans are coming here to shop like we use to buy rugs in Tijuana.

But the big uh-oh comes from the comedy in Europe.

Check out Comedy Central News in the Netherlands.

Click on the News clips

It’s obvious Comedy Central doesn’t spend as much money on their NL productions but the writing points to the fact that most of Europe is re-writing polish jokes and guess whom they have substituted for the poles?

And can you blame ’em?

Yeah... been to a mall lately?

I know. I know. Who gives a crap what the Europeans think right?
I mean what do they know?

Just because they outspend us on education almost two to one.
Rank higher in literacy, standard of living and happiness... yeah happiness... you know that thing we’ve been pursuing for 200 years.

Just because they force companies to label Genetically Modified foods while we get flouridated water.

( Can you tell I just got back from France and England and am planning a trip to the Netherlands and Germany?)

Why should we care?

Besides we get um... we have.. uh... more..um... Our government er...

Oh Jongen

LMAO! Oh great so now I not only have to deal with gay jokes, deaf jokes, and fat jokes I have to deal with "you're a stupid American" jokes. *sigh* Oh well as long as we're laughing I guess it's not too bad.

For all that education I would hope that some of them would come up with some new jokes. I guess that the Emerald Flame is right. It's okay if we are laughing.

How'd you like France and England? Germany is great and the Netherlands was fun too. Try a nice trip to Switzerland. I love Geneve!!! I lived just over the border in France for about a year and could watch the Concorde land everyday. You can tell it was awhile ago.... actually before the Berlin wall came down.

Europe has somethings that we don't but I can say that there are things I missed from the states while I was there. Good or Bad there is no place like home.

Oh c'mon! We are not that bad!^^
It's true, in Europe we have a lot of history and art, but at least there's one thing we don't really have... Guess what, or better, WHO?? ^__________^

Try Italy!!! Verona would be just the right choice, you know? ;D
