Gran dia!

A las 4 de la tarde con un calor que te cagas a buscar los trastos al local de ensayo, y después de jugar al futbolín un par de partidas para el Averno con el coche cargao y ganas de tocar. Cuando llegamos 2MDO ya andaban por alli entrando cosas, nosotros dejamos los amplis dentro y esperamos a que ellos acabaran de montar la bateria. Montar, prueba de sonido y al supermercado a por ''provisiones varias'', XD. A las 7 llegamos al Averno otra vez, 2MDO ya han acabado de probar y la gente ya esta en la puerta. El dueño del garito sale y nos recuerda que mientras la puerta este cerrada la gente no puede entrar, con lo cual abrimos y todos para adentro.

Conciertazo de 2MDO, tralla directa en la cara con intros y todo, y una metrónomo humana sentada a la batería llamada Madaya, para que luego digan que las tias no pueden tocar la batería.

Una vez acabados ellos nos toca a nosotrs, y que podemos decir? ESPECTACULAR! Mucha más respuesta de la que nos esperabamos, buen sonido y buen rollo, absolutamente nada de que quejarse excepto un calor algo agobiante a veces (véase el conjunto final con Angel Of Death, Revenge y Empty Bottle (nuestras dos canciones más rapidas) y Nailed To The Cross), pero nada que no se pueda soportar. Y un poco a regañadientes gracias por pedir War, que a fin de cuentas es una cancion más y siempre hay ganas de tocar más!

Asi que simplemente dar las gracias por salir de casa para venir a vernos a los que vinieron y desde luego muchas gracias a 2MDO por el buen rollo y por dejarnos la mitad de el equipo, y a Jose y Granjero por poner el local.

Great day!

4 o clock in the evening and suffocating heat and there we are on the way to rehearshal place to pick up the amps and stuff. After haging around a bit we're off to the venue. When we got there 2MDO were already there assembling the drum set, so we left the amps inside and waited for them to finish. A bit of roadie work, soundcheck and off to the supermarket to get some booze and food. 7 p.m aganin at the venue. 2MDO have already finished soundcheck and there's people out already, so doors open, crowd in and 2MDO start their set.

Splendid gig by 2MDO, straight in your face music and a human metronome named Madaya behind the drum set, to prove that girls can play drums too.

Once they've finished, it's time for us to get started, and what can we say? SPECTACULAR! Better reaction from the crowd than we could expect, good sound and good feelings, absolutely nothing to complain about other than a bit excessive heat at some points of the gig (see final attack with Angel Of Death, Revenge &Empty Bottle (our fastest songs) and Nailed To The Cross), but nothing we couldn't take. Oh, and thanks for asking for more, War is boring to play but we will never complain of playing more!

So just thank everyone who came to see us and also huge thanks to 2MDO for everything and for lending us half of their equipement, and also to Jose and Granjero for letting us play in their pub.
