It's just over 48 hours of Fairtrade Fortnight left now, and although I sooooo can't wait to taste normal food again, I'm starting to feel strange that it's coming to an end.

It's been an incredible 2 weeks and I'll be using the last weekend to really go for it and shout about Fairtrade as loud as I can, and I challenge you to do the same.

You can do whatever you like. Whether you encourage people to have Fairtrade tea or coffee, buy clothes made with Fairtrade cotton, or even just talk to your friends about it.

Make sure you tell everyone what you get up to by posting a comment on here. You might just inspire someone else to do the same!

Oh, and I just want to share one of my finest cooking moments of the 2 weeks with you.

I've been saving the coconut I've had for over a week to see if I could make a decent fruit curry, and last night I gave it a go with bananas, mango, turmeric, sliced fresh coconut and coconut milk.

I'm not normally a huge fan of mixing sweet and savoury (which is a bit of a problem when just eating Fairtrade!) but frying the fruit worked really well.
