::speaking of fréd, he is currently working with former hot springs drummer anne gauthier, on a black sabbathian duo!

- karine, hot springs' original drummer, just had a baby boy a month ago, but that's not stoppin her from doin gigs, hell no! Prevenge has a 7" release show july 30th at the green room with whiskey trench (featuring the baby's father). can't wait!

::giselle is currently hiding out in the country workin on a record in french. meanwhile giselle numba one has a gig saturday june 13th at il motore, as a benefit for a brand new rock camp for girls! (www.girlsrockmontreal.org). random recipe will be doin some songs with her, and frannie from RR will be on the violin! whaaaaa! if yr feelin extra energetic that same afternoon, you can check her out at 1pm at a totally seperate benefit show at the mile end mission on bernard. there she will be singin old timers music with her pal jeremy on mandolin. this is part of a project called *the all timers* where she sings 1940s radio hits at old folks homes. you should see the ol' pappies eyes light up. it's somethin special.
