Duke's Orlando was the first place we played outside of South Florida. Our first major road trip, our first show in a town that didn't know us. Brandon took a chance on booking us, and on booking The Ugly Harts, two virtually unknown, still fighting for an audience bands. But from what we know about Brandon and BS Productions, it's what he's always done. He supports ALL local music, no matter what kind of music you play or where you're from. And Duke's was the place to play at to find that kind of support.

We don't know the reason for Duke's sudden shut down this weekend. But it's done. It's gone. Duke's is no more.

And we are damn lucky, and damn grateful that we got a chance to play there before it went.
