Today, we added "Rock Me Right" to our MySpace site after learning that Bob Dorr will be playing it on KUNI's Down On The Corner show this Fri. Feb. 16 at about 9:45pm (rebroadcast 2/17 at 2:45am, 2/21 at 12:45am).

This was a tough song to learn because it has several parts, each with subtle differences. For the first several rehearsals, we actually had a big posterboard with the different sections mapped out...A, A-prime, B, C, whatever. Now we just have absorbed it and play it without needing the map.

This is probably the hardest rocking song that we do, and Jacqueline absolutely nails it with her vocals, starting off all on her own. The guitar starts at full tilt and then the bass comes in with a big bottom one chorus later. Rich really drives the song with his drumming all the way through.
