whenever a jar or bottlecap proves an onerous task i simply grip it tight and twist and open it at last.
cheers and merriment ensue and someone turns to me: "that jar or bottlecap was snug but now you've caused it free"
"yes" i blush, "i must admit these jars and bottlecaps don't quit they fight and fuss and nit and pick until you give them just the trick"
and so, my friend, he turns to look at me, his ears on tenterhooks, he wants to share my lid command an open top at ease of hand...
...but i offer only an excuse "some lids are tight while others loose if it undoes on first attempt not one will note your wealth of strength so don't unclose on your first bid but be the last, to pop the lid"
