Yes, we had a great jam today. Hammered out three brand new songs: "Lolita", "Generic Country Punk Song" and "Ike".

Lolita is like the early Misfits

Generic Country Punk Song is like a Ramones song

Ike is a very early Red Hot Chili Peppers meets funky Tom Waits with a middle from Syd Barrett - about Ike Turner.

It was nice in that it was the first time we've written songs together (all four of us)...usually Kelly and wrote the songs together. Felt good.

We'll probably debut the first two for sure this Saturday, but Ike may not be ready...we'll see. Should be fun though!
