i'm going to keep this really short, but in my opinion, food should never be considered "sinful" or you shouldn't feel "guilty" for eating something you want to eat (well unless you're just being gluttonous or you are a person who is trying to improve their weight for health reasons). it used to make me wonder when i watched "cooking star x" shows, the host would say "a dish you don't have to feel guilty for eating"... or "girls, it's okay to eat this and you won't feel guilty about it". i love to eat, so maybe that's why i have this stance, but i wish more people would stop thinking of food as an enemy (especially those who are considered in this society as a "normal" weight). no need to deprive yourself of the wonder that is food...

even though i'm not a chocoholic, you will never hear me regard to chocolate as sinful. carbs??? the day i stop eating carbs is the day i might as well stop living...

I think it depends a lot on your relationship with food in the past.

Some people have to be more conciouncious (did I spell that right) about what they eat just like some people have to be conciouscious (or however you spell it) alcohol/other bad habits etc.

Oh, and we live in a world of overindulgence, if more people watched what they ate the obesity rate wouldn't be so high!

Not disagreeing with you because I LOVE ALL your blogs!!! Just playing Devil's advocate!
